"I reached out to inquire about life insurance for my mother and Indy Estrella walked me through everything and was very kind and caring. After initial talks I meant to get back in contact with but I lost touch for a while but she kept checking in with me from time to time not in a pushy way but patient letting me know she hadn't forgotten about our discussion. When I eventually finalized everything she took the time to go through everything with me and my mom over the phone. Indy even inquired about other insurance policies that I didn't think to ask about but ended up saving me money by bundling policies. I've been with State Farm since I was under my parents policy and now almost 20 years later the service is still quality, professional and caring.
