"If you’re looking to be price gouged, then this place is for you. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. I have both home and car insurance (2 cars). Since 2020 my home insurance premium has consistently gone up every 6 months. One of my car insurance premiums has gone up consistently every 6 months. The other car insurance premium has seen not one, not two but three increases in just one year of being insured. Staff provide no notice, nor do they provide clear explanations. The incompetence and greed is incredible. Save yourself some money and stay away from this place."
