"La verdad es que tengo seguro de casa con ustedes desde que Mariela estaba trabajando con ustedes ,luego agregue seguro de vida. Gracias a Dios nunca eh tenido un accidente, la poliza ha empezado a subir de tarifa de una forma sorprendente, me comunique con varios de sus agentes y no me ayudaron, luego me mude a New Jersey y el seguro de auto me lo hicieron cancelar y el de la propiedad llame para cambiarlo y nada que lo hicieron y alegan de un bloqueo que tiene mi credito y por eso no lo han podido hacer pero no obstante a eso me siguieron cobrando la poliza del hogar sin yo estar en esa propiedad. Hector Camilo lo he llamado varias veces, le deje mensajes y no me respondio. Tambien la joven que me atendio el Marte,12 de Mayo del 2026 le comunique que me gustaria hablar con usted ya que otra ocaciones lo habia hecho. La verdad me causa mucha pena que despues de tantos anos ustedes cambien asi con sus cliente,de hecho aun tengo la poliza de vida con ustedes pero no se con que sorpresa me puedan venir ahora. Gracias,espero su respuesta ante tal situacion tan desagradable. ATT: Jeffrey Pena"
